1. Prototype Use

I understand that the Sigh device and app are prototype products still in development.
They may contain limitations, or unfinished features.

2. Not a Medical Product

I understand that Sigh is a consumer wellness device, not a medical device or a smoking/vaping cessation treatment.
It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

3. Personal Responsibility

I use the prototype at my own discretion.
I agree that Sigh and its team are not responsible for any personal decisions I make while using the device or app.

4. Data & Privacy

I consent to Sigh collecting and analysing:

  • Basic usage data (e.g., puff count, lockouts)

  • App interaction data

  • My feedback submitted during the beta

All data will be used only to improve the product and will be handled confidentially.

No sensitive personal information (medical, biometric, etc.) will be collected.

5. Confidentiality & No Sharing

I agree not to publicly post, share, or distribute:

  • Photos or videos of the prototype device

  • App screenshots

  • Any internal materials provided as part of the beta

This includes social media, forums, and private groups unless Sigh gives written permission.

6. Feedback Participation

I agree to provide reasonable feedback when requested, such as:

  • Short surveys

  • Comments on usability

  • Optional calls (if I choose “yes”)

There is no obligation to provide detailed or frequent feedback.

7. No Resale or Redistribution

I agree not to:

  • Sell, lend, or give the prototype to anyone else

  • Attempt to modify, repair, or reverse-engineer the device

If requested, I agree to return or responsibly dispose of the prototype.

8. Beta Program Changes

I understand that Sigh may:

  • Change features

  • Pause or end the beta program

  • Remove participants if necessary at any time.

9. Age Requirement

I confirm that I am 18 years or older.
